Dell PowerEdge T105

$1,415.00 Released January, 2008

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Low cost server that offers good performance for the price. Keeps my 2x2TB and 2x80GB really cool, extremely quiet and low power and small I am using a non dell ADAPTEC card in this server. Quiet, and good material quality (case).

The Cons:Limited maximum configuration (4 HDD, 8GB ram, 1 CPU). Lacking highend or even midrange features (low end graphics, lack of in/output). Annoying configurable options, high price jumps between options with no intermediate choice.

The Dell PowerEdge T105 is a basic 1-socket tower server from Dell's PowerEdge tower server series and is a slight upgrade to the PowerEdge T100.  Like the T100, It is recommended by Dell as an affordable option for small businesses that require a starter server.
