The ML115 G5 server also provides a 1 processor socket unit with a 4U tower rack optimized case, and a mixture of PCI and PCI-Express slots. A unique integrated PCI-Express Gigabit NC105i server adapter ensures a very fast and large bandwidth output for all business and application needs.

The HP ProLiant ML115 G5 includes support for a quad, dual, or single core AMD Opteron, Athlon and Sempron processor working simultaneously with fully buffered DIMM support for increased performance. The ML115 G5 unit also includes 3 PCI-Express slots plus an additional standard PCI slot for enhanced upgradability. Integrated Lights-Out 2 technology allows remote admin access from any location using a standard web browser. Additional ML115 features include four HDD bays for storage expansion, eight USB ports total (2 front, 4 rear, 2 internal), unique tower chassis with easy access, an embedded 4 disk SATA controller with full SATA RAID 0/1/10 support, 32MB total shared graphics memory with a maximum resolution of 1600 x 1200 x 16M, and 512MB 800 MHz PC6400 DDR2 installed memory with support for a maximum of 8GB.
